WIRE PROCESSING OPERATOR
Job
Responsibilities:
Apply heat shrink to assembled cables (heat gun, focus light)
Crimp connectors to the end of cables (hydraulic clearing press)
Complete small assemblies (hand tools)
Solder dip ends of cable as needed (Flux and melting pots)
Hand cut cable, loom, and braided strap as needed for low volume assemblies (Foot pedal cutter, bench mount cutter)
Qualifications:
Read, understand, and follow drawings related to custom cable assemblies
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Fair to good computer skills
Must have basic working knowledge and some level of comfort in using a PC

CABLE ROLLING OPERATOR
Job Description:
Loads bulk spools of cable on to pay off, sets counter, and guides cable onto smaller spool for shipment. Prints and applies proper labels, moves completed products to shelf, reacts to last minute demands, and works closely with other cable rollers in the area.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Good organization skills
Good communication skills
Must be able to drive fork lift
Fair to good computer skills
Must have basic working knowledge and some level of comfort in using a PC

MAGNA LUG OPERATOR
Job
Responsibilities:
1. Loads bulk tubing into automatic saw, processes cut pieces through drill press and counting scale
2. Loads cut pieces into flattening die (hydraulic clearing press) inspects parts and moves to shelf
3. Loads flattened pieces into stamp and cut die (hydraulic clearing press) inspects parts and moves to cart ready for next process.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Good organization skills
Good communication skills
Fair to good computer skills
Must have basic working knowledge and some level of comfort in using a PC Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
