Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/ hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment at facility as required.
Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment. Maintain industrial control system.
Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
Create and report repairs at end of shift. Complete required paperwork, document parts and material usage.
Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.
Years of Experience in Field: 2 to 4 years, preferred
Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education: AA Degree/Vocational
Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in organization
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Preferred Skills:
Blow molding, injection molding or previous beverage experience
Knowledge of Sidel, Krones and packaging
