Position Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Collections Department.
Review accounts receivable personnel performance, providing guidance and development to team members, including team leaders.
Assign responsibility for investigation of fraud cases, possible legal action, collection for returned checks and delinquent bills.
Review collection reports and participate in the collection process as needed.
Audit delinquent accounts to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to an account.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field preferred.

years of collections or customer service experience demonstrating excellent decision-making skills.
3
years of supervisory experience in a call center setting.
Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
