-Monitor Agent's recorded and live calls, grade the quality of the call using monitoring tools, and provide feedback in coaching sessions to the agent.
-Communicate & share quality assurance issues and trends with Trainer to facilitate ad-hoc training needs -Monitor, report, and record Customer disputes to identify trends and coaching opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or reviews by investigating the problem, identifying the cause, and offering appropriate solutions - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when handling customer interactions - Meet or exceed call center performance goals, including customer satisfaction, productivity metrics, and quality standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with call center software systems and telephony technology - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Call Center Representative and be part of a company that values exceptional customer service.
