Seasonal Quality Assurance Agent - Call Center Do you have an eye or better yet ear for detail? Are you a great listener and even better communicator who also enjoys problem-solving? Then we have the perfect position for you! Currently looking for individuals to join our Call Center Team in providing quality assurance.
The goal of this position would be to increase Consumer confidence, improve efficiency, and increase staff morale! Apply today to join our team of dedicated professionals! Duties:
-Monitor Agent's recorded and live calls, grade the quality of the call using monitoring tools, and provide feedback in coaching sessions to the agent.
-Communicate & share quality assurance issues and trends with Trainer to facilitate ad-hoc training needs -Monitor, report, and record Customer disputes to identify trends and coaching opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or reviews by investigating the problem, identifying the cause, and offering appropriate solutions - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when handling customer interactions - Meet or exceed call center performance goals, including customer satisfaction, productivity metrics, and quality standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with call center software systems and telephony technology - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Call Center Representative and be part of a company that values exceptional customer service.
