Position Responsibilities Oversee a high volume of daily customer payment and refund processing operations for a growing corporation.
Collaborate with Credit, Collections, Tax, IT and Customer Service teams to clearly communicate customer payment / refund status and to improve the customer experience.
Develop and implement automation, efficiencies, policies, procedures and internal controls for your teams.
Recruit, retain and motivate staff to ensure a supportive work environment that encourages optimal team performance.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree.
A focus on Business or Finance is preferred.
Demonstrated supervisory / management experience.
Knowledge of the order-to-cash processes.
Strong multi-tasking and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
